Mr. Evans is a character created by Megan. He appeared in the episode "The Tale of the Secret Admirer".

Mr. Evans is the loving husband of Mrs. Evans. He is a caring and supportive person who always listens when people want to talk. He had known his wife since high school. Back in high school, he and his wife knew of a real a tough intimidating bully. His name was Teddy Mars, he was also a petty thief, a vandal and pretty much anything else rotten. Teddy developed a crush on his wife. So Teddy began writing her notes. The notes usually said "Do you feel the same way about me that I feel about you?". His wife didn't like Teddy but she didn't tell him personally. Also Teddy couldn't take a hint.

Then one night Teddy wrote his wife a note asking her to meet him in the woodshop. But he went instead, to tell her to leave her alone. Teddy was in the finishing room making a carved wooden heart, for her spraying it with lacquer as a finish. There he told Teddy that she wasn't interested in him. Teddy answered back saying that he didn't believe him and wanted to hear it from her.

Then they began to argue and Teddy began to aggressively push him. He didn't want to fight him because he was a violent guy, but finally he had to defend himself so he pushed him back. Teddy tripped and hit his head on a drying lamp, breaking a bulb and releasing sparks. Since lacquer is flammable the woodshop caught fire in one spark and it exploded. Teddy died in the explosion, while he was blown out of the room and only injured his arm.

Teddy's spirit haunted the wood shop since then, still waiting for his wife to answer the notes and come to the wood shop. Years, later he and his wife had a daughter who was also nicknamed Meggie. His daughter attended the same high school. Due to heredity their daughter looked very much like his wife did when she was a teenager. Recently his wife had passed down her old backpack to their daughter. Their daughter soon found an old letter and mistook it as a new letter to her. Teddy's spirit awoke and began sending his daughter more letters asking her to show up at the wood shop. He even appeared in the mirror scaring his daughter out of her skin. Teddy's ghost was half burned from the explosion that he died in.

Teddy began to also send threatening letters to his daughter's new friend and crush (later boyfriend) Nick telling him to stay away from his daughter or he would hurt him.

Finally one night later, his daughter was asked to meet him in the school woodshop, Nick decided to go in his daughter's place and tell him to leave her alone (preparing to repeat the same events as years before). Nick showed up and Teddy lured him into the drying room and nearly suffocated him with the fumes of lacquer and the heat from turning on all the drying lamps. Also he was about to pound him with a crowbar, and threatened to blow them both up by making a spark if he couldn't have Meggie.

During dinner that night, he pointed out that their daughter now had his wife's old backpack. Now his daughter finally found out that the letter she got wasn't for her. It was just an old letter stuck inside the backpack for all these years. Then he told his daughter the story about Teddy Mars. He was unaware that Teddy had been mistaking his daughter for her. But his daughter now knew who was stalking her and that both she and Nick were in serious danger.

So his daughter showed up to the woodshop just in time to save Nick. Teddy was so pleased to finally see what whom he believed to be her had shown up. So Teddy asked her daughter for his long awaited answer. His daughter posed as his wife. Then his daughter told him that she didn't feel the same way about him at all. Then in a fit of heartbroken rage Teddy hit a drying lamp, breaking another bulb and the room burned up in an explosion, putting his spirit to rest for good. His daughter was left unharmed while Nick also slightly hurt his arm.

Whether or not his daughter ever told he and wife about what had happened is unknown.
