This is a good character.

Tibold Holstrom is a character created by Kiki. He appeared in the episode "The Tale of Apartment 214".

For a number of years, Tibold has been the landlord and building manager of the Corteen Apartment building. Also for years he has had no luck with renting out apartment 214. It seemed like every time he would show the apartment, something in it would scare away the new tenants.

It turned out that apartment 214 was being haunted by the poltergeist Madeline Koegel. It is unclear if he has ever seen her, but he just had suspicions that some ghost haunted the apartment.

During the events of the story, he rented apartment 213 to Bonnie Cooper and her daughter Stacy. Soon after moving into the apartment building, Stacy made friends with Madeline, and she would regularly visit and have tea with her.

One day Stacy promised Madeline that she would visit her on a very specific day. When the day came up, Stacy reluctantly broke her promise so she could hang out and befriend a girl her age named Angela. Angela and her mom also lived in his building and were renting apartment 212.

When Madeline suddenly disappeared, Bonnie and her daughter thought that perhaps Madeline had moved out. Then he gave Bonnie and daughter a big surprise. When they asked him if Madeline had moved out, he told them that apartment 214 had been empty for years.

Then one night Stacy was home alone, when Bonnie went out to meet with her separated husband. That night Madeline returned and she begun using her poltergeist abilities to terrorize and harass her Stacy. But soon her Stacy and Madeline reconciled and made amends with each other.

Then a short time later, Stacy talked her mom into renting apartment 214 for themselves. Bonnie was all for the idea, because 214 was a lot bigger. He was glad to finally rent the room out and he gave Bonnie a big discount on it. He told her that the discount was because the room was haunted, but she didn't believe him.

From then on, Stacy and Madeline lived happily together in room 214.
